So, November is in full bloom. The leaves are all off the trees and winter is coming. It is time to get out your parkas, boots, and toques. I am leaving Velocity tech solutions on the 15th and starting my new job at Loparex on the 18th. 

Wait a second. This sounds like déjà vu. Since I last updated this blog, I moved from working as a maintenance mechanic to the training coordinator at Loparex in 2016, then to working at iMARK Molding as the Training Specialist in 2020. Two weeks after starting at iMARK, iMARK was acquired by Comar LLC out of New Jersey I now work at Comar in Woodville WI. The new job is even closer to home and will offer new learning experiences. I was able to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new.

While working for Loparex I started working on my master’s degree in Training and Human Resource Development. This work was completed in May 2020. you may read my Plan B Thesis at https://www.weninger.us/professional-portfolio/plan-b-thesis. After this, the work started on the Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design, Which I completed in 2021. 

With Thanksgiving coming up so fast this year we do not have much time to find a Christmas tree. We are looking to the Christmas season with hope and happiness. I will be getting December’s mumblings ready soon and I will update you on my life again. Until then enjoy Thanksgiving, the football, and turkey!
